I work in both sterling silver and 100% recycled gold. Recycled and/or conflict free Canadian diamonds are available for custom orders. Payment I gladly accept PayPal payment. Any order not paid within 48 hours will be canceled. Shipping Regular non-custom orders will be shipped promptly and arrive within 5-10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: The cutoff for x-mas orders is DEC. 16th 2009 in order to assure shipping by the holiday with priority mail. If interested: Express Overnight mail is available for most items, contact me for a quote based on your zip code. Refunds and Exchanges No refunds, but credit to www.fireflyjewelrydesign.com will be issued if product is found to have a defect in workmanship.
